Mystflow is the natural magical energy that circulates through Mistvale. It isn't a currency and it isn't a mana bar — it's part of the world itself, like wind or water.
On the surface we picture it as soft teal and gold motes drifting through sunlight. Underground, in Glowreach, it becomes electric blue and violet, lighting mushroom gardens and lantern orchards.
That colour split helps players feel the difference between the two realms instantly — and hints that something connects them.
